Specialist worker for real property and staffing (m/f/d)

Mitteldeutsche Umwelt und Entsorgung GmbH is a medium-sized service company and has its main seat in Braunsbedra (Saxony-Anhalt, Germany). It is currently employing approx. 250 staff. Starting 01/08/2021, we are seeking a well-motivated and qualified specialist worker for real property and staffing for our administrative and HR departments at the Braunsbedra site, to replace a colleague approaching retirement.

Your responsibilities

  • Processing all matters concerning the real property of the company including advising the company management and managers.
  • Managing the MUEG real estate, in particular:
  • Managing the real estate cadastre and real estate information system
  • Processing and supporting required cadastre measurements (plots of land, buildings, etc.) and land reorganisation proceedings
  • Processing land and building evaluations and the statement on the determination of the registered value
  • Inspecting the registered value decisions regarding property tax
  • Registering and deregistering physical structures with the revenue office
  • Inspecting decisions (development, extension and maintenance charges)
  • Processing license agreements, easements, building encumbrances, rights of way
  • Processing statements in relation to third-party construction projects, zoning plans, construction planning procedures, water legislation procedures, lignite plans, regional development plans, etc.
  • Processing land register matters, in particular releases of liens (mortgages, pipeline rights, rights of way, etc.)
  • Processing offers for the rental and leasing of real estate, office and hall areas and preparing the corresponding contracts
  • Creating contracts (hunting and land leases, contracts on crossings)
  • Preparing and supporting property sales and purchases
  • Processing of trade registrations, re-registrations and deregistrations
  • Supporting the head of division Human Resources & General Administration, especially in:
    Maintenance of personnel master data and digital personnel files • Coordination of organizational and administrative processes/activities
  • Creating evaluations and statistics

Our requirements

  • Successfully completed studies at a university or university of applied sciences in the field of surveying/cadastering/construction industry or comparable training or completed training as a business manager for the construction industry or real estate specialist
  • Relevant, long-term experience in the management of real property and real estate
  • Knowledge of maps (floor maps, floor plans, overview maps, etc.)
  • Experience in cooperation with authorities and business partners is appreciated
  • Knowledge and experience in the field of human resources are advantageous
  • Secure use of MS Windows and MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of the SAP ERP software, especially in the HR and FI modules, is appreciated
  • Strong communication skills combined with self-assertive ability
  • Reliable, independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working, team skills
  • Willingness to continuously learn
  • Driver’s license, German Class B
