The shareholders of MUEG Mitteldeutsche Umwelt- und Entsorgung GmbH appointed Ralv Ulatowski to the management board of MUEG at a meeting on 24 June 2024.
He succeeds Andreas Gerhardt, who is leaving the company after 21 years of successful service.
Ralv Ulatowski will take over as Commercial Managing Director of MUEG on 1 August 2024.
In the last 3 years, Mr Ulatowski was Chief Operating Officer (COO) and CFO at a medium-sized technology company in Nordrhein-Westfalen.
Before this, Mr Ulatowski successfully completed 15 years of extensive management consulting and interim activities in various industries for well-known clients with a focus on project management, strategy consulting, mergers & acquisitions, post-merger integration, reorganisation and process improvements
Mr Ulatowski is married and has 2 adult children.
The shareholders thanked and recognised the entrepreneurial achievements of Andreas Gerhardt for MUEG, his dedicated commitment to developing the company and overcoming the many challenges of change with regard to the phase-out of coal-fired power generation.
