For our administration at the Braunsbedra location, we are seeking, starting at the next available date, a motivated and qualified commercial clerk – organisational office (m/f/d) to complete our team in a full-time position.

Your responsibilities

  • Perform reception and secretarial tasks in the organisational office and secretarial work for the company management
  • Perform tasks at reception in our main administrative office, including access control and locking services
  • Manage meeting rooms, specifically prepare and follow up to meetings and events
  • Perform clerical and organisational tasks and prepare documents
  • Book accommodation and train/flight journeys for business trips as well as seminars and training events
  • Creating evaluations and statistics
  • Manage office materials
  • Administration of MUEG archives
  • Support the secretary’s office of the management, stand in for and perform the tasks of the secretary/personal assistant of the management
  • Supporting the head of division Human Resources & General Administration, especially in:
    • Plan, organise and perform company events
    • Maintain personnel files
  • Support the staff of the accounting/controlling/purchasing departments

Our requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial or equivalent training
  • Pertinent experience in secretary’s offices / reception areas
  • Experience cooperating with authorities and business partners
  • Knowledge and experience in the field of human resources
  • Secure use of MS Windows and MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of the SAP ERP software, especially in the HR and FI modules, is appreciated
  • Fluent business English, orally and in writing
  • Strong communication skills combined with self-assertive ability
  • Reliable, independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working, team skills
  • Willingness to continuously learn
  • Driver’s license, German Class B
